Table semi-sweet wine, made in Georgia since 1977. Colour – from light-red to dark-red. Bouquet – clear, without strange tones. Taste – soft, fresh, and harmonious. For making red wine “Alazani Valley” the following sorts of vine are used: Saperavi, Aleksandrouli, Mujuretuli, Ojaleshi and other technical sorts of wine with sugar content not less than 20%. Wine quality: Alcohol – 10.5-12% Sugar – 3-5 g/100 cm3 Titratabic acidity – 5-8 g/l Wine material is made by incomplete fermentation of fiber with floating or sunken “cap”. Bottled wine is pasteurized within 1 hour.
